About Dr Jonathan Bentley

Dr Bentley brings over two decades of experience as a General Practitioner in Bondi to his role at the Bourke Street Clinic, where he joined the team in 2010. Embracing the opportunity to align with like-minded practitioners, he integrates high-quality General Practice with Evidence-Based Nutritional Medicine to provide comprehensive, patient-centred care.

With a strong commitment to education, Dr. Bentley has extensive experience teaching and training doctors across all levels, from medical students at Sydney University to GP registrars. He has also contributed to professional development by presenting at clinical meetings for local doctors and supporting General Practice Accreditation, helping practices across Australia uphold exceptional professional standards.

Dr Bentley cares for patients across all life stages, from newborns to seniors, and has a diverse range of clinical interests and services

Dr Bentley moved from his birthplace of Melbourne to his now home of Sydney in 1987 at the request of his Sydney born and bred wife Sue who found Melbourne simply too cold and rainy. Jonathan is the proud father of two and grandfather of two who loves spending time with his family. His son and daughter both work in marketing including experience in New York and Hollywood.
